My S13 is almost in tip top shape again. Turns out we had to replace the subframe after all. And my steering rack is dead, but it’s on the way. She goes in for tint tomorrow, and the new aero ships out this week. Following is a hodgepodge of pictures of the car and what it took to make it happen, as well as where it’s going…

Shaun had a lug stud strip out… or maybe the knurling on the hub… we still don’t know. Here’s a pic of Shaun trying to weld the stud to the hub so we can get the lug nut off. Props to Fish for the helping hand.

Rain drifting update
I’m out rain drifting as we speak. Actually, I’m taking a break to have dinner at Riscky’s. I want to attempt the traffic circle but there’s a lot of traffic (church traffic, I’m assuming) and the car is still acting up. We’ll see. I’ve also managed to rip off a side skirt drifting through deep water. That was fun. Hopefully, I will have all of the footage uploaded to a neat little short video sometime tonight. Waterproof GoPro ftw! I can’t wait until the HD version comes out soon. Anybody down for a group buy through Slide Factory?
